Naredim vse kot sm prebral in ne gre.. prenesem dol temo..extrktam v namizje
pol pa premaknem v c/windows/(neki na R) /Themes..In zaženem pa se sploh nič ne spremeni ? ve kdo pomagat  ?

1.
Open Theme Settings by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Theme.
2.
Under Theme, select the theme you want, and then click OK.

Prišlo je do napake tema se ni mogla naložiti ..možnost je tudi da je narobe napisana ?? wtf xD ?
